Teletext page refresh and save

Why vlc doesn't refresh title bar of teletext page? I mean first top line. For example, current time in the top right corner is not refreshed after page is displayed - it should be fixed. Also, it seems vlc does not save any teletext pages in memory like other software do, so after change to another page it's very long time until page appears (actually, I must wait until requested page is sent by broadcaster - there is no any buffering done by vlc). I also found teletext supoort is very limited in vlc (no color button support, no transparent teletext, no subpages etc).

So, is there any plans to add:
- page caching and saving - after change page number, its content should be read from cache
- color buttons support
- transparent teletext (text without black background)
- instant refresh data on title bar
- hidden fields support (and button to show hidden content)
- "minimize" teletext (teletext enabled in background)
