Could subj work as Windows Media Encoder? It opens port 8080 on the server and listens it. Any client may connect it and receive content. The main advantage is unflooding network - if I will send multicast packets, I will be banned by admins, because our network consists of ~500 computers.
Could somebody write me workable command string for these purposes?
