Postby ottawa » 02 Jan 2012 08:09

Hi,
I am having issue with transcoding quicktime HTTP stream.

Here is the cmd I used to transcode the quicktime HTTP stream.

vlc -I dummy --sout
'#transcode{vcodec=mp2v,vb=4096,fps=25,scale=1,acodec=mp2a,ab=128,channels=2}:standard{access=file,mux=ts,dst="/tmp/vlc.ts"}' "http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/TEDTalks ... _2011S.mp4" vlc://quit

Here is the information about the stream

ffmpeg -i DanielGoldstein_2011S.mp4
Input #0, mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2, from 'AlbertoCairo_2011X.mp4':

Here is the information about the file after transcoding HTTP stream,

ffmpeg -i "/tmp/vlc.ts"

[mpegts @ 0x8d0fa20] max_analyze_duration reached
