When I begin a movie comes with max volume
When I initiate VLC seems to use max. volume and create uncomfortable situations.
How can I regulate and memory a lower volume ?

Hi Panta,
When it happens to me, I just lower volume then immediately Save Preferences and everything works fine during future Vlc sessions. Maybe it will work for you ?
PS: my Vlc version is 1.1.11

Volume auto remember will work better in VLC 1.2.0
But you can set the default volume via Tools -> Preferences and Audio part. (e.g. Always reset audio start level to ...) Remember to press Save and restart VLC, so changes are applied.
