Popup while in fullsceen

Hiya All.

Thanks in advance for any help.

We have the VLC plugin running our on our website with 20 live streams and it works perfectly.

What i have been asked to implement now is the EPG.

We have the epg on the website but when the player is in full screen there is no access. What i would like to do is when a specific key is pressed i would like a popup or frame to appear and then show the epg and possible let the user change the channel,

Does anyone have an idea on where i can start.
