i prefer not to record, i prefer to download, but if there is no way to i will record, but how ?
i even can't hear the sound with vlc, i paste the link in file -> Advanced Open file -> network

This online radio is using RTMP streaming and the RTMP protocol is not fully implemented in VLC yet. This is the reason why VLC can't play it, hence can't record it. You need to use tools such as RtmpDump.
