vlcrc file not created at first start

Hello,

before, in order to generate a default vlcrc file, I just had to start VLC once and it would create it. Recently, I upgraded my system and thus, VLC as well. I then decided I should generate a new vlcrc file so I deleted the previous one and started vlc again. Unfortunately, this time, none was generated.

What shall I do in order to make vlc generate a new default vlcrc file in ~/.config/vlc/vlcrc ? Thank you.
