full screen app on primary display in OSX Lion

I have a question in OSX Lion a full screen app will be displayed on your primairy display. My experience with testing VLC 1.2 so far is. If i want to watch a movie on my samsung tv in full screen the movie apears on my mac screen and not on my tv. Are you guys gonna fix this because in VLC 1.1.12 everything is working fine. It's a basic function in osx lion that an app witch has the apple full screen function at the right top will be displayed on your primary display if u use this function. Are you guys gonna fix this problem?

Have you tried deselecting:

Preferences -> Interface -> Use the native fullscreen mode on OS X Lion

i just tested the deselecting function in preference=interface but it doesn't work. They made it basic in osx Lion that if you put an app in full screen mode it will be displayd on your primairy screen.
