Post/Pre?)-Crash Feature(s)

it could be nice to have features that would not hinder the user after a crash has occurred..

Features that could be loaded upon opening VLC after crash:

Remember Video/Audio Position - viewtopic.php?f=7&t=60602
Load Playlist with currently playing song/video(the song/video that was playing before crash)
Any other things that that you can think of

But these featured would be combined so as to display a pop up box (upon reopening VLC) that questions the user if they want to load what they had before the crash..The pop up is for so if in case the video/audio that caused the crash would not keep reopening and constant re crashing VLC.
