It is possible streaming via rtsp in linux ip camera 600hd ?

It is possible streaming via rtsp command in linux ip camera 600hd air live?

I get the flow through the address "rtsp://ipofcamera/h264/media.amp?videocodec=h264&resolution=qvga"

I need to stream to http, gotta be because the server via command only runs on linux text mode, already tried several posts but found none.

If anyone can help I am very grateful.
