VLC Playlist containing "groups" or "subfolders"

Now i hope this is not been discussed on this forum as i could not find such a topic

i have allot of playlists and would like to join every few of them in to a new ONE playlist

While doing so i would like to create some tree organization like this:

Audio
---Radio
------station 1
------station 2
------station 3
---Albums
------Album 1
---------track 1
---------track 2
Video
---TV
------station 1
------station 2
------station 3
---Movies
------Boxset 1
---------Movie 1
---------Movie 2
------Boxset 2
---------Movie 1
---------Movie 2
------Movie 1
------Movie 2

Any idea how to do this?

Also so far i tried to mimic this by using combinations of folders containing playlists but once i load them all (root folder in media library) i tried drag and droping items acros the lists and there is no option to save the changes???? Why is that? I can only save the video?
