Can anyone play this?

When i try to play this stream the player says "PCM TOO SHORT . PACKET CORRUPT" Then garbage appears every few seconds in the log........ (mpeg system error)

Its an AAC stream and i have played other AAC streams fine but this one says this....

What exactly does 'PCM TOO SHORT' mean??

I had some troubles with this stream, and other AAC radios streams, and also MP3 live streams, but I solved it by resetting the preferences.

I havent changed anything in my prefs......... Did the link above play once you did that??

Yes it does play fine.
After investigations the problems I had seem to be related to the use of a proxy. So, are you using a proxy ?

No im not...

I would think all Windows VLC versions could handle the same stuff.. If you can play it though that must not be true..... (Maybe the version im using has trouble locking onto the stream i dont know)

I discovered they are not broadcasting the stream type to the player so if your player doesnt AUTO-DETECT it correctly,it wont play it... (I have version 0.7 of VLC which must not have auto detect)

If i manually add ?.aac to the link it plays fine

I should have rememberes this as i tweaked another URL months ago like this and that one played also!!
