Strange Picture with mpeg stream.ts clips

Hi,

It' my first time post in this forum,
but I couldn't find any where else this problem.

I can't play mpeg clips anymore.
If i do, it get this strange pictures with no sound.
Althoug i can scrub and vlc finds the matching aspect ratio..

It started with one time,
in the morning i could play this streams fine and in the afternoon i got this pictures..
I already tried reinstalling vlc and also Perian and Flip4Mac
But i think VLC uses it's own codecs?

Every other videos plays fine..

I already tried a complete clean install with my mac,
but i still got the same problem.

Does anyone got an idea, what i could do?
