I would have a question about data transfer using VLC.
I do a project in my school and I got stuck in changing addresses.
I make a programme in C, which measure BER, Bandwith,Signal Strength, Packet loss.
The server will provide 3 or 4 types different quality video data, and according to the receiver (which can be a mobile phone(UMTS), PC with Wlan, etc…). So the receivers bandwith can change.
My question would be, that how can I change the VideoLan (change another address during data transfer).
I do not know they are possible or not:
1, To Socket of http can be give command?
2, join simply to another multicast file?
