why R117 show "trying to send non dated packet..."

why R117 show "main debug:trying to send non-dated packet to stream output"?

then use R117 to transcode as below:
:sout=#http{mux=ts,dst=:9000/}:no-sout-rtp-sap :no-sout-standard-sap :ttl=16 :sout-keep

but receiver get black screen.

if change to this:
:sout=#transcode{vcodec=h264,vb=800,scale=1,acodec=mp4a,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:http{mux=ts,dst=:9000/} :no-sout-rtp-sap :no-sout-standard-sap :ttl=16 :sout-keep

receiver(vlc117 too) will crash.
