Every video runs slowly on iPhone 4

I don't know when the problem crept up, or what is causing the problem but ANY file i try to play on the VLC for iPhone 4 is running slowly, does not work and the volume buttons are disabled.

I thought maybe it was a VLC issue, so i tried Oplayer, and i encountered the same problem there as well! This has me worried. I quite often view videos on my iPhone and this is a huge bummer.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you want to restore your iPhone. Make sure to make a backup with iTunes before doing that.
