Starting VLC from FoxyTunes opens double

After adding the required configuration, when I start VLC from FoxyTunes in Firefox, it ends up opening two VLC windows instead of one. Why is this?

You have to ask that from FoxyTunes developers.

When I try to find FoxyTunes support, all I ever find is Yahoo Answers... no answers there. :P
