Unwanted multiple screens & Distorted video images

Windows 7 64bit / VLC v1.1.5

Thanks for VLC media player, and Happy Holidays

A couple problems, most movie file types;
- Sometimes, but not often, VLC opens several screens when viewing a video
- When jumping ahead (by clicking the progress bar) when viewing a video, the screen becomes quite distorted for a period of time.

Normal for files which have multiple video/image tracks. VLC will play them all. (there is a feature request to change this)

- When jumping ahead (by clicking the progress bar) when viewing a video, the screen becomes quite distorted for a period of time.

Again normal. VLC seeking might land on non-I-frame which causes this. Next I-frame will return image to normal.
