documentation links returning 404

See error below, this link is from the application help, but same issue occurs from web links. Any idea when the server will be back up?

The requested URL /Documentation:VLC_for_dummies was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
