How to transcode with deinterlacing and crop/chain vfilter?

This originally was a post whining about lack of documentation and a question on how to chain various vfilters (like crop AND deintarlace).

Naturally, I figured it out with trial and error 20 seconds after the original post.

So, how to cain vfilters in 1.1.4

vfilter=deinterlace:croppadd{croptop=8,cropright=8}

(So column, no space, no comma)

I still want to whine about lack of documentation though.
