closing vlc bug

try this : open vlc, view a movie, after the movie ends minimize the vlc window, restore vlc window, close vlc
after this sequence of actions vlc isn't closing and remains in memory.

i use windows xp sp3 updated and the latest version of vlc

what do you think is generating the problem ???

if I try to open another movie file, vlc doesn't open
