How to Stream my video file to local network?

Hi,

Im new to VLC streaming,

May I know how to stream my video file to 10 PC's in my wireless LAN? and how about to my cable LAN in office too?

I read other tutorials but it seems to be oudated, I found no wizard at all in my VLC Donloaded player.
