no lock, tuning again message when playing DVB device

It has been days that I have been trying to watch DVB using VLC but no luck yet, I just run VLC and try "open capture device" then I choose DVB , then I enter the frequency and srate then push the play button ,but it doesn't work.

someone told me if my driver or my card doesn't support some features they should be set manually and VLC can not set them automatically, what else should I set? what should I do to get it running?
* I have tried VLC 1.0.6 and VLC1.1.1 but the output is the same (no lock, tuning again message )
*My DVB card is Skystar S2 and I use s2-liplianin driver
* I've tuned a preferred channel using szap which means I can receive a signal on the transponder
