Position scrolling

It's worse than in the previous version! (now is 1.1.0)
Whenever I smoothly try to scroll forth it'd kept back (if I didn't reach "separating" frame")
let's imagine key frames

so if you manage to scoll up only to fourth frame it'd drag you back to the first frame, so you need to scroll up to fifth frame so it won't get back, know what I mean? You can't as in the previous version scroll forth a little. You need to reach over the next key frame.
