v1.1.0 No video/audio on DVB channel change via playlist

I can start vlc in windows with the command 'vlc channels.conf' (conf file generated via ubuntu). This plays the first playlist DVB channel, however when I try to change channel via the playlist, the channel change is indicated in the window title bar but there is no video or audio - just the cone. However, although rarely a channel does play, channel change generally fails 95% of the time but this is inconsistent. This doesn't happen in v1.0.5 - all works ok.

If the conf contains --program or --programs options, it should work better in upcoming VLC 1.1.1
