VLC close after movie has finished
I want VLC to close after the movie has finished playing. The program I used before (MPC) had this option and it was awesome.

Add vlc://quit to playlist.

I went to the playlist and it is blank and it only allows me to add a file or folder... I want VLC to close automatically after every movie.

In that case, Tools -> Preferences... (Show settings: All) Playlist and tick option Play and exit. Then press save and restart VLC.
