Remove frame from videos

Newbie here! I have a ignorant question.

Is there a skin that removes the frame from the video player, that makes it reappear on mouse-over?

The reason why I ask is that the wallpaper function is a dream but not best for playing music videos (great for movies though) since wallpaper blacks out if player is minimized when cycling to the next video. The player black-out question has been asked to death, I couldn't find the solution so I thought I'd start here.

The player black-out problem when transitioning from one video to the next has been a real issue, not yet really addressed satisfactorily so far, imo.

For your request, the skin engine doesn't manage the mouse-over events over the video area. So no skins can provide what you describe. But, that's a request for new feature that can make sense.
