it's possible to play a h.261 file/stream with vlc?

AFAIK, it is not possible at present time, but it is in the future plans of some contributors. Stay tuned :)

Are there any other people that have looked at this than I? If so I whould like to know who.

I have personally investigated if this is possible, and this is what I have found:
* Specs are available, if anyone wants to make a complete reimplementation
* Two opensource implementations are available out in the wild( they are not easy to find, the code is not looking good, and the license is unclear)

So I have given up this work

Hello! Is it possible to view an h.261 multicast stream in VLC? I'm not being able to... :|
