I am developing an open source telepresence application for Cloud computing neviornment. Can any body help me to build a PC based video conferencing using VLC? This may be fitted with audio & video inputs.

Yes you are correct. I am trying to converge the PC building and streaming. Something like Skype . However this will be plugged to a back end streaming server and specific DFS applications for clarity similiar as compared to telepresence solutions.
