Hard to discribe, some huge dissortion

It's really hard to discribe what's wrong so here's it is

As you see it blurs out and some squares shows upp, they usally turns pink after some time.
It dosen't start at once, if you use the seek bar it good at the start and
then goes bad. This usally also happens when it's a "scene" change.
Have search trough this forum (and som more) but have't manage to find anyone with a similar problem.

Plz help.

Forgot to mention it's nothing wrong with the file, it works perfectly on other comps.

Any help would be most welcome.
