Chop and studder of both video and audio

Postby TommyR » 02 Apr 2010 21:27

With the latest ver of VLC for windows I noticed Chop and studder of both video and audio from a file a friend gave me.

It was a .m4v

I don't have Quicktime installed on my Dell Core2 duo with 1g of memory.

I run the file in VLC and it's choppy for both video and sound.

I don't have a video card, just an onboard video chip on the motherboard.

What could be wrong and how could I fix it.

Any help would be appreciated.
