Generating mpeg-ts with libdvbpsi

Hi,

I couldn't find a better forum for this question.

VLC can produce mpeg-ts files through libdvbpsi but I could not find any documentation how to mux to ts files using libdvbpsi.

Could anybody point me to people who may help me?
