configure channels in Capture device option

Hello all,

I am using VLC capture device option to play my DVI inputs (cards being used was BARCO DVI input cards) which have two input channel in one slot I connected two different inputs in the channels . I tried to play the first channel input it is working fine. Then i tried for the second channel but i got the same output which i am getting the for the 1st channel. however if I keep playing the first channel input and start another instance of VLC and tried to play the second channel input and i got the desired output.
So my question is, Is there any option in VLC so that I can configure the channels.
