I get this on 2 different pcs, with 1.02 and 1.05
simple audio tracks ripped into MP3 from guitar instruction book CD. (petrucci - wild Stringdom)
VLC does not seem to like loud metronome clicks!

PS changing my audio output option e.g. from wave32 to directx makes no difrerence
