how to record the screen including the speakers

Hi , I tried to record by streeming from desktop, but never managed to get also the adio output.
please if any one can show me how to?

There is no generic way to grab the audio signal sent to the audio adapter (grabbing video is feasible but very inefficient). You'd need to reconfigure applications to output to a special audio device for the sole purpose of recording.
