Playlist that plays random video with random start time?

I have been looking for a way to flip through my video collection like I was flipping through TV channels. I have found out how to put all my videos in a playlist and can go through them randomly, but they all start at the beginning of the file. Is there a way that I can set up a playlist that contains all of my videos and when I click the next button it will start a random video in a random location in the video?

bump... I would love to know how to do this also. Have been looking for a solution like this for a few years now. I deal with a lot of sample content, and it would be cool to be able to, when showing off clips, go to a random location in the next clip by pressing FF rather than fuss with the location bar, which isnt very practical when doing a presentation. Anyone have any ideas?
