"Always On Top" doesn't work! :(

like in the former versions, "Always On Top"-Setting in VCL version 1.0.3 doesn't really work!

problem: after selecting "always on top" everything works fine as long as long as VCL is working. After closing the program and opening another video-file with VCL-Player, the option is still activated but not working. Therefore, VCL player is hiding behind other windows. The only workarount ist delecting the abovementioned option an reactivating it a second later.

Is there any chance to keep VCL always on top??

I've had this problem in the past. Though I don't have a specific resolution. However, my problem has since resolved itself when I installed a new system so I'm assuming it's a registry or program specific issue that could be resolved with completely wiping VLC's installation including registry settings or any cached settings then reinstalling. And I think VLC has a "reset cache" setting somewhere that will perhaps do that.

Removing %appdata%\vlc folder will reset VLC settings.
