Transcode to iriver format

Hi,

I would like to transcode my video files to play on the iRiver. Does anyone know how to do this?

I am targeting the E100, apparently it requires video at 320x240 and XVID fourcc, with mpega audio at 64kbps.

Does anyone know how to create XVID's with VLC?
