Playlist and control panel under 1 window

Hi,

Is there anyway to combine this 2 together ? as it is quite troublesome when wanted both to be restore from minimized window or on top of others window.

me to i would like this as well it used to be like what he is suggestion don't know why it changed

Not in QT4 interface.
