Everytime I get to load, it won't load properly...and the picture does this. I'm really distressed by this. I need help please...this is also my first post so be kind.
And a blank window pops up that says VLC (software RGB DirectX output) as well

I recently had to wipe my computer and start over. I had to redownload VLC. Until now I was using an older version...now I'm wishing I was. I had no problem viewing Region Two...I AM NOW.
