OGG file doesn´t play!

OGG file doesn´t play!

Hi.. i´m having a problem with the VLC player. I tried to play an OGG file but the movie is all mixed-up, and it keeps jumping from one point to another. It works perfectly with other formats. Is there a way to fix this??

what version of VLC?

I tried this one:
vlc-0.7.0-test2-win32.zip

Try with 0.7.0 final.
If it still doesnt work, upload an extract of the file in ftp.videolan.org/incoming/ and tell us when you did so.

I tried the with 0.7.0 final, but the same problem happened.

Sorry, "upload an extract of the file" ? how do I do this?
