md5 hashes

Hello,
could you please post md5 hashes of the release files?
I'm having some problems with my download manager and
the hashes would help me greatly in finding out
if the VLC installer has been downloaded correctly.

i have added md5 hashes of the tarballs, windows builds and macOS X build for 0.8.1 on the main ftp . (ftp://ftp.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/0.8.1/)

and i agree that we should make this a normal thing.
should be added to our doc/release-howto (which should be translated as well btw )
