Logo in a recorded stream?

Is it possible to have a logo recorded with a stream? If so, what's the correct syntax for the arguments being passed as a string (as in the example below)?
Would it be something like this?

"--sout=#transcode{sfilter=logo{logo-filter=c:\\users\\something\\somefile.png}}"


In a similar vein, is it possible to enable the various filters using this same command string? What about the On Screen Display?
