S/PDIF stutters

Postby Kisama » 13 Aug 2009 00:26

I have an optical output on my sound card. If I enable S/PDIF in VLC the audio merely stutters over and over. I have attempted to set the audio to Win32 waveOut extension output. Sadly, this does not correct it.

VLC 1.0.1
Realtek Audio on an Intel DX58SO - latest driver
Windows Vista 64

Did you restart after changing the output?

In point of fact, I had not. I have now and voila, it works. Thank you.
