LibVLC Visual C - Tutorial Update

I'm trying to update the tutorial "LibVLC Visual C" to utilise the new libvlc_prefixed functions and VLC 1.x
Has anyone started it? If so, I'll stop writing the revised tutorial.
If not and if you know, is it still correct to load libvlc.dll and its function when initalising the library?

Could you post a link to your wiki page? Or maybe could you post whatever you have written already. I am trying to a link my VIsual C++ project with new libvlc. No success so far.
