building a custom app using bcb6 ?

hi every one.

I have a good question to develpper here.

I want to make a custom gui for vlc with c++ builder V6. I want to use the dll file for plugins. I would like to know if this is possible ?

I think i have to rewrite the vlc.c file to get it to compile in bcb6 ???

can someone think ofo this possibility. If I can make it ..share it to you ..
