Working with video clone option

So i have been messing around with VLC and found the clone option.

What i would like to do is have the cloned video display full screen on a secondary monitor while having the main VLC window display in a reduced size on the primary monitor.

However i cannot work out how to have the cloned video operate in fullscreen.
