flow comes later

hi,
when i stream from my webcam with mmsh output, flow comes later about 5 seconds. is it normal ? if it is not, how can i fix this ?

note: i tried this on localhost

There is about one second of cache from the webcam to VLC core, then there is the transcoding delay and server-side buffering, then there is the network delay and then there is another one second (or more) of cache on the client. This is normal.

hmmm. when i stream from tv card, will i lose the same time ?
