Wrong forum. Moved to General VLC media player Troubleshooting.
If the Chinese audio track is in the file as well then you can change to it in VLC by going to e.g. "Audio >> Audio Track >> Track 2". If the audio track isn't there (so if there is only one track) then you can't really do a lot except find a version that does.
