Streaming multiple sources to multiple targets - possible?

My local PC has 4 capture devices. I am trying to stream the output of all 4 devices to a remote PC.

I can stream 1 source no problem, and I've read about the issues libvlc has with multiple instances of itself: viewtopic.php?f=32&t=54354#p178545

Since multiple instances of libvlc overwrite each other's configurations, I can't see any way to specify unique destination IP address or port numbers per stream.

Has anyone figured out a workaround that enables multiple network streams from multiple sources on a single PC?
